PixelPlot uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on:
- Brand DNA inputs (manual or auto-generated)
- Product information
- User instructions and prompts
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
- PixelPlot does not guarantee performance, results, or compliance with platform policies
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before publishing or using them
PixelPlot is a co-creation tool, not a replacement for human judgment.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of:
- Your brand inputs
- Product data
- Prompts
- Final assets you generate using PixelPlot
PixelPlot does not claim ownership over your generated content.
4.2 License to Operate the Service
By using PixelPlot, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely to operate and improve the Service.
We do not sell your private content or brand data.
4.3 PixelPlot IP
All PixelPlot software, UI, workflows, frameworks, branding, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of PixelPlot.
You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
5. Acceptable Use

- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content

PixelPlot:
- Is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms
- Is not responsible for platform rejections, bans, or policy violations
You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with each platform’s rules.
9. No Performance Guarantees
PixelPlot does not guarantee:
- Ad performance
- Conversion rates
- ROAS, CTR, or revenue results
- Platform approval
Marketing results depend on many factors beyond PixelPlot’s control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- PixelPlot is provided “as is” and “as available”
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PixelPlot from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Content you generate or publish
- Violations of these Terms or applicable laws
